Max is six years old and the boat's cabin-boy. Whenever we're underway he runs around the boat pinning back doors and making sure windows and hatches are shut.
Max's favourite things to do on the boat are playing: with his big brother Alex, his Bluey toys or Alex's lego. He loves exploring the bush with Dad to collect wood and dead logs for a fire (especially when it envolves toasting marshmellows!). All summer Max just wants to know when he can be in the water next, even jumping of the paddle board and swim platform out the back. Always enthusiastic and full of excitement, he's ready for anything!
For five of the six years Max has been alive, he has been totally obsessed with Christmas. From pretending the dog is his personal reindeer, to making everyone pretend they live in the North Pole, it is always all about Christmas and Santa. It still hasn't stopped. Kayaks are sleighs and dolphins are reindeer of the sea.
