Hello, I am David, the Captain of this adventure. Having now reached into my fifth decade on this spinning blue and green world, it really was time for a change, time for some new challenges, and time for some different viewpoints. This is my very first experience of operating a boat, so the learning curve has been very steep, but it has been exactly the challenge I was looking for. The chance to create some lifelong memories for the children has been a huge motivator, and an opportunity to teach by leading from example. To quote from a dear friend from many years ago, "Life is not a dress rehearsal!!"

The last 20 years of running a company, meeting with clients and meeting the grim realities of deadlines week in and week out has been amazing. I am so grateful for all of the support we have received over the years, and some amazing business relationships that have evolved into true friendships. However we all needed to take a breather and work out a better way. This was our big lesson of covid, we could actually do things a better way. Connect us to the internet, via a mobile phone, a wifi network or even a satelitte, and we can work, have meetings and meet deadlines. Easy.
